To our valued customers:

For over 42 years, Honda House has made it top priority to meet your auto sales and service needs. We take great pride in being available to assist you with your vehicle repairs and as such the Service department is planning to reopen for some general maintenance repairs in addition to our current scope of urgent repairs only, including seasonal tire change overs. At this time, we plan for April 13th, with a very limited staff and certain restrictions/conditions.

Dealership accessibility
*During this time, unfortunately there will be no access to enter the dealership. All appointments will be by drop off only. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide waiting appointments or shuttle/loaner service at this time.
24/7 key drop available – For your convenience you may drop off your vehicle and leave your keys in our drop box, located at the front of our service drive thru, at any time for scheduled appointments.

Contactless Service – By appointment only

*In an effort to practice extreme vigilance and to support social distancing, we have opted for contactless interaction between customers and staff to uphold the guidelines of physical distancing. We ask that all customer and staff communications/interactions be done over the phone, text, and email.
For your convenience throughout the service process, communications can include:
Texting, email and phone. For payments, we offer text e-payment (via smart phone) in which your invoice is sent directly to you. Over the phone transaction for most major credit cards, and an emailed service invoice for you records. Debit will be made available if needed. We will not be accepting cash at this time.

** Upon completion of every service, all vehicle touch points (steering wheel, radio screen, door handles etc.) will be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe or spay before being returned to you.

*all services will be by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment at your convenience online at www.hondahouse.com or by emailing service@hondahouse.com. If you have an urgent vehicle need or if you require Parts assistance, please contact Rob at (519)809-8091.

*please do NOT schedule an appointment with us, if you have traveled within the last two weeks, or are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 (i.e. fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.) or are feeling generally unwell.

During this time we very much appreciate your patience as we try our best to navigate through the current host of unknowns. As such, you may notice a difference in the way business is conducted and we ask for your continued patience and respect. Please know that these policies are only in an effort to protect the health of our customers and employees.
