I had a tire issue in my 2020 Honda CRV. I showed up at 4:55 without an appointment. They had my tire plugged and I was on my way by 5:20! Great friendly service!

I had the privilege of working with Chris DeGraw to purchase my beautiful 2020 Honda CRV. The entire process was seamless. Prior to working with Honda House I had been in contact with multiple dealerships from the GTA, London and Windsor and am so glad we finally purchased from Honda House. The team was very considerate and polite mannered with effective professional communication. The dealership had a small-town feel and the team was transparent with me and didn’t try to sell me anything that did not meet my needs. My car was meticulously detailed by their service department and the sales manager delivered it to my house ( out of town ). He did a thorough delivery and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before he left. I was provided with multiple resources to learn more about my new car and I now feel like part of the family. Today was my first time at this dealership. I called Friday afternoon, booked service for first thing today (Monday). Dropped off my car at 8AM, service advisor was very friendly. Shuttle driver was great as well. Had my vehicle repaired (AC condenser needed replacing) by lunch time. Shuttle driver came and picked me up on-time and I had my car back in working order. No fuss, no hassle. Great experience, especially during COVID19. Thank you for a great experience.
